a drink at the quicksand
Miel hadn't been sure what to expect when Mother Miounne told her and Lavanda that they would be joining forces with some adventurers from Ul'dah. She had never trusted her back to complete strangers before and admittedly somewhere in the back of her mind she had more than a small degree of reservations. Yet from the sounds of what was going on in Satasha it seemed like it would be significantly tougher than any of the other quests she or the other civilians of Gridania had given them.
Yet once they had begun their journey into the former gathering grounds of the Sahagin, Miel quickly learned that her wariness had been for naught. The adventurer guild leaders really had known what they were doing when they brought them all together, for their strengths seemed to balance one another perfectly. Almost eerily so.
All the same they hadn't exactly had much time to get to know each other much beyond exchanging names. Momodi had asked them to remain here in the Quicksand, offering them all board in Hourglass Inn. After cleaning up she and Lavanda had thought to get themselves a meal and that's when her eyes fell upon Mykha sitting a lone at a table.
"Let's see if they want to dine together." She said, nodding in their direction.
